BUSINESS HISTORY & OPERATIONS
Doucette Trucking Inc. is family run incorporated company that has operated since 1984 in Calgary with one tractor/trailer unit as an independent owner/operator. In 2000 a second tractor/trailer unit was purchased and we have continued to grow since then. Today Doucette Trucking’s equipment includes; 5 5-ton reefer vans, 9 tractors and 12 refrigerated reefer trailers available, capable of maintaining fresh and frozen temperatures.
Doucette Trucking Inc is a Calgary, Alberta based trucking company currently providing refrigerated reefer service within Calgary and surrounding area for truck load (TL) and less-than-truckloads (LTL). We have a competitive advantage due to our customer service and reputation within the industry.

Robert Doucette
Founder and Company President
Bob’s career in the transportation industry spans over 30 years in the industry. Over the years, the “hands on” approach of his management style has allowed him to gain the wisdom, knowledge and expertise to guide the Company to a profitable enterprise.
Donna Doucette
Operations & Administration
Donna is the backbone of Doucette Trucking’s day-to-day operations. She oversees everything from payables and invoicing to HR and new business inquiries, ensuring the company runs smoothly from every angle. Whether it’s managing the books, handling client communications, or keeping things on track behind the scenes, Donna is involved in just about everything – and keeps it all running like clockwork.
Cindy Young (Doucette)
Senior Dispatcher
Cindy joined the family business full time in 2006 after building a strong foundation in the insurance industry and has been an integral part of our growth ever since. As Senior Dispatcher, she plays a central role in ensuring the smooth flow of day-to-day operations – from coordinating pickups and deliveries to managing warehouse activity and supporting customer service. Cindy is often the one connecting the dots behind the scenes, keeping schedules tight and clients informed. Her calm, organized approach helps keep everything (and everyone) moving.
